PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS:
All participants in units must be in matching uniform or dress code

• Vehicle units must have a floral display or decor
• Vehicle units must have an identifying banner and/or car magnet signs
• All units must have a theme that tastefully represents Hawaiʻi and our Prince
• All units must be check in at the assigned staging area on 3:00 PM the day of the parade
• A representative from each unit is required to attend an orientation meeting to be scheduled two weeks prior to the parade

FEES

$50 for community organizations, including Hawaiian Civic Clubs, homestead associations, equestrian units, and elected officials

$250 for for-profit corporations/businesses, other organizations
Waivers of fees may be granted upon request.
